Office Manager Required – £15 per Hour
Are you an organized and proactive individual with a background in administration and manufacturing? Our client, in partnership with The Best Connection, is looking for a skilled Office Manager to join their team! This is a temp to perm position Based In Swindon
Position Details:
* Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* Pay Rate: £15 per hour
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be:
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and adaptable in an office environment.
* A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Experienced in using Sage software (essential)
* Administration experience
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including:
* Managing accounts receivable using Sage.
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business.
* Processing orders and liaising with customers.
* Planning production schedules and monitoring progress on the shop floor.
* Coordinating the dispatch of goods, including booking couriers.
