Right Way Sports are looking for a high quality, enthusiastic, reliable sports coach to assist in the delivery of P.E lessons and extra curricular activities in Primary Schools located in North London. Hours and days to be discussed after interview.
Sports coach job role:
1. Assist with setting up activities & delivering high quality P.E lessons within Primary Schools.
2. Assist with behaviour management.
3. Develop knowledge and understanding of the P.E Curriculum.
4. Develop within the role to become a lead coach.
5. To engage with children and school staff in an appropriate and enthusiastic manner.
Skills & Experience:
1. Be enthusiastic and a good role model.
2. A basic understanding of the rules of a variety of sports.
3. Experience of working with children within a coaching environment.
4. To be able to travel to different schools within North London.
5. Demonstrate commitment to punctuality, reliability & professionalism within the role.
6. Create a positive & safe learning environment for participants.
7. Minimum of a level 1 coaching certificate within at least one sport.
8. First aid / safeguarding trained.
