We’re partnering with a specialist in the retail design and installation sector. They work with some of the best known high end fashion brands in the retail space and are now looking for an experienced Production Manager to join them. As the Production Manager you’ll be at the epicentre of the company’s projects which include permanent installations and seasonal pop-ups. You’ll be working closely alongside a well skilled technical team and project professionals to help bring their clients’ designs and visions to life. We’re looking for someone with a similar demonstrable background in a senior production role for an in house team; covering shop windows, pop ups, exhibitions and events. It would be absolutely ideal if you are well versed in a trade such as carpentry. You’ll be a team player keen to share and listen to ideas, as each project is a collaborative effort. You’ll lead from the front and be a motivational voice for the business. You will have impeccable standards and strive to deliver the best possible customer experience each and every day. You’ll have a good understanding of technical drawings, solid IT skills and a sound knowledge of health and safety. The salary for this role is on at £45,000 to £50,000 DOE. There are also further perks which we can discuss. This role is office based in Haddenham with some travel required on a monthly basis. You’ll need to be flexible with your availability, as some unsociable working hours are required.
