This is an exciting time to join Kirklees if you are interested in working in a fast-moving environment with some exciting social housing development and regeneration projects to lead.
We are looking for an experienced housing development manager to lead a small team of development officers who are responsible for growing the council’s housing stock. The role will be responsible for leading a multi-million-pound programme of conversions, high rise remodelling and new build projects. There is also a programme of acquisitions of ex-Right to Buy and open market properties. If you are a resilient and creative leader who has a track record of delivering complex building projects and programmes, we want to hear from you.
