You will directly be reporting to the Team Leader and successfully manage the accounts. As an Account Manager, working within the Success Team, you will play a crucial role in empowering retailers to achieve success with the clients products and services. This dynamic role blends account management, customer sales and consultancy.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers within your extensive portfolio.
2. Create and update training materials to facilitate product adoption including conducting regular account reviews to assess needs and provide solutions.
3. Engage with prospects and clients, building a robust pipeline across a range of opportunities.
4. Manage multiple complex sales processes, from identification to successful closure.
