About the role
The successful applicant will be expected to work two days per week within the school’s ARP, which is a smaller class for pupils with SEND. Previous experience of supporting pupils with SEND would be beneficial, although, training can be provided. This is a long-term role, with potential to turn permanent.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience of supporting pupils with SEND.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A calm and approachable manner.
