As a Project Manager with 58years of handson experience you will be responsible for planningexecuting and closing projects while maintaining the highest levelof customer satisfaction. You manage project timelines budgets andresources and drive projects from initiation to completion. Thesuccessful candidate will have a strong track record in AgileProject Management excellent communication skills and the abilityto adapt to changing project requirements.
Responsibilities
* Project Planning: Develop detailedproject plans scope and objectives and ensure that project goalsalign with the companys strategic objectives.
* Resource Management: Allocate and manageproject resources including team members equipment and materials tomeet project goals and deadlines.
* RiskManagement: Identify potential risks and develop mitigationstrategies to ensure successful projectdelivery.
* Stakeholder Communication: Maintainopen and transparent communication with internal and externalstakeholders keeping them informed about project progress andchanges.
* Change Management: Effectively manageand adapt to changes in project scope schedule andobjectives.
* Documentation: Maintaincomprehensive project documentation including project plans statusreports and post project evaluations.
* Agilemethodologies: Execute projects using agile methodologies likeScrum and Kanban. Should be wellversed with Project Managementtools like ADO andJira.
MinimumQualifications:
* Bachelors degree inRelevant Field. A PMP or other relevant certification is aplus.
* 58 years of proven project managementexperience with a track record of successfully agile projects frominitiation to closure.
* Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency inproject management software and tools.
* Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.
* Knowledge of industry best practicesand the ability to apply them toprojects.
* Flexibility and adaptability tohandle changing project requirements.
* Effectivecommunication and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
