The on target earning potential for this role is £41,004 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £36,504, plus a qualified estimate of £4,500 in gratuities and service charge. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: Liaising with and advising our clients and agents to produce a detailed and comprehensive programme for each event, utilising our facilities and client budget to their full potential, actively selling and upselling Fostering fantastic relationships with our clients, gaining their trust and at every touch point adding the Gleneagles personal touch, encouraging and developing new and repeat business; scrutinising each event to establish successful aspects and to discuss any concerns, encouraging return business and additional contacts De-briefing the Regional Sales team and Resort Sales teams with all relevant event feedback, ensuring all data is recorded from each event to enhance our service to new clients and repeat business; always analysing the forecast profit and loss account against the actual to assess the financial achievement Providing flexible and supportive service to our clients whilst in house, managing every detail of the programme in tandem with your colleagues across the estate, ensuring the programme is slick and smooth Managing all requests in a supremely professional, positive and diplomatic way, preventing any client disruption and always seeking to exceed their expectations Building strong working relationships across the estate, keeping up to date with event product knowledge enabling us to offer a complete and comprehensive service to our clients and complete support for each event Planning, in conjunction with our Regional Sales Manager, site inspections and pre-event meetings to increase our client awareness and seeking to increase revenue at every opportunity Collating accurate client accounts within the agreed timescales, presenting these correctly for prompt payment; controlling all recharge expenditure against the set tariff and targets and also allocating these charges correctly Setting up standard and quality practices for all events, developing an ongoing planning process; providing a supporting role to the Sales team, always offering practical support, advice and time.
