About the Role
As a Screening Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Behaviour and Emotional Health (BEH) Team. Your responsibilities will include screening referrals, working alongside the Single Point of Access, and managing and processing new contacts to the team. You will also be responsible for uploading referrals, handling phone enquiries, supporting practitioners, finance, general administration, and typing letters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A strong understanding of the interventions provided by the BEH Team and its partners is essential. This is a dynamic and engaging role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication. About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent telephone skills with the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, partner agencies, and citizens accessing the service.
* Experience in screening referrals to manage and process new contacts to the team.
* Strong organisational skills to manage finance processes, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain administrative efficiency.
* Knowledge of the interventions provided by the BEH Team and its partners to support effective service delivery.
* Ability to support practitioners with administrative tasks and service coordination.
* Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a busy team.
* An enhanced DBS check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
