Working Hours: 3 days per week, 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking for a rewarding part-time role? SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking an experienced LSA to work with a high-needs student with complex needs in a nurturing and inclusive primary school in Willesden.
The Role
As a Primary LSA, you will:
Provide one-to-one support for a primary-aged student with complex needs, tailoring your approach to meet their educational and developmental requirements.
Assist in implementing an Individual Education Plan (IEP) and adapting resources to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure consistent support and progress for the student.
Promote the student's emotional and social well-being, fostering confidence and independence.
Maintain clear and accurate records of the student's progress and adapt strategies in response to their evolving needs.
