Job Title: Associate Director – Ongoing Know Your Customer

Working Pattern: Hybrid, spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
Salary Range: £62,874 - £69,860

About Us:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Client Services Ongoing Know your Customer Team, which consists of approximately 250 colleagues across three locations. You'll be part of a wider team that conducts KYC on existing customers for Business & Commercial Banking and Corporate & Institutional Banking business areas.
Core Purpose:
You will lead a team of risk specialists supporting our LBCM North American Clients, responsible for assessing and investigating standard/high risk factors and recommending whether to maintain clients. The role will be split approximately 80% leading the team and 20% undertaking investigations.
You will collaborate with other Associate Directors within Client Services covering other customer segments. We encourage innovation and focus on risks while streamlining processes. You'll lead in delivering continuous improvement activities to ensure the team stays updated on regulatory changes and horizon risks.
What You'll Need:
* Demonstrable experience leading teams and ability to work effectively with partners across various business functions.
* Passion for developing new ways of working and either knowledge or a willingness to learn about the ECP risk specialisms covered in this team.
* Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate work to achieve expectations and follow established timelines.
* Partner management skills to lead important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues.
* Experience and technical knowledge in an ECP role.
* Knowledge of, or a passion for learning about, ECP risk areas.
And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful:
* Coaching skills and a track record of personal development.
* Experience in designing and implementing a compliance program while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
* Ability to identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing business practices.
* Knowledge of US Economic Crime Regulations and a deep understanding of UK ECP Regulations.
