An established MSP with an impressive client portfolio is looking for a talented IT Support Engineer/ Helpdesk Analyst to join their team based in Central London due to growth.
The successful candidate will be tasked with providing 1st & 2nd line technical support for an established client base. Duties will include:
1. Creating user accounts
2. Patching network cables
3. Providing hardware support
4. Supporting telephone systems
5. Maintaining security servers
6. Liaising with 3rd parties
7. Assisting with ad-hoc projects
We are looking for a technically minded graduate (IT or related subject) with some helpdesk / service desk experience, ideally in an MSP. It is essential to have good technical knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, MS Office (up to 365), as well as basic networking and IP switching / routing. The ideal candidate will also have a relevant industry certification (ITIL, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA or similar), although these are not essential.
