Job Description Lettings Property Manager - Leamington Spa - up to £30k (FULL OR PART TIME) My client is a leading and long established independent Lettings brand based in Leamington Spa who have built up an impressive business over the last 30 years. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation, you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. This role will required someone with Lettings Property Management experience. THE ROLE IS OFFERED EITHER FULL OR PART TIME WITH HOURS TO SUIT This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management, property inspections and dealing with general lettings administration.
