An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team to spread the word and increase the brand awareness of The OA Group.
At OA Recruitment, we're on a mission to be the market leader within the recruitment and talent acquisition space and we need the next Manager to join the business to head up the Sales and Marketing function.
Duties:
1. Monitoring client satisfaction with our services and products, gathering regular feedback.
2. Working closely with the sales and marketing team to execute a well-organised events schedule.
3. Deliver invaluable reporting to our clients and sales team, building a robust plan to increase revenue and brand awareness.
4. Work in collaboration with the marketing team to deliver innovative campaigns.
5. Conduct quarterly competitor research and present findings back to the CEO.
