Become a key player at InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort as a Front Office Supervisor. Manage reservations, billing, and team operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Guest Services: Manage check-ins/outs, address guest complaints and requests, and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Team Supervision: Train, motivate, and evaluate front desk staff.
* Operations Management: Oversee front office operations, including room assignments and guest communications.
* Reservation & Billing: Supervise reservations, ensure accurate billing, and coordinate room readiness.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between the front office and other departments.
* Cash Handling: Supervise cash transactions and review shift reports.
* Inventory & Supplies: Maintain front office supplies and coordinate with departments.
* Special Requests: Assist in coordinating special guest requests and services.
* Reports: Generate and review daily operational reports.
