What will you do as a Content Producer at N Brown? Foster collaboration, orchestrating all stakeholders to come together to create a result that is greater than the sum of its parts. Act as an ambassador for our production, ensuring the experience of production is best in class and we are the brand best talent want to work with. Manage budgets effectively to drive the best creative result. Deep understanding of brand aesthetic with ability to recommend talent and crew to ensure this is delivered in any production. Ability to deliver all elements of the production process whether casting, shoot, post on location or studio. Ensure milestone dates are met by all parties, ensure working across the whole production path is effective. Deliver clear communication, managing stakeholder updates. Work across multiple shoots with multiple outputs at any one time - brand content, BTL socials, influencer content and hero campaigns. What skills and experience will you have? Motivated by delivering best in class and brand building creative. Experience in production for 5 years. Specific experience of production in fashion industry is a bonus. Comfortable working within high pressure environment without compromising quality. Calm under pressure and able to instill confidence in all around them. Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail. Team player, able to communicate confidently. Acts independently and uses initiative to solve problems. Clear understanding of all technical/operational aspects of production in order to act independently. Able to demonstrate a positive can-do approach even during challenging times. We don’t have strict working hours therefore there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you are meeting the needs of the business.
