An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our esteemed client, a Top 20 Accountancy firm with multiple offices in the UK, located in their Aberdeen office.
Our client prides itself on its agile and responsive approach, ensuring they are always available to engage with clients at the right time, thereby enabling them to identify goals and business needs effectively.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on this challenging role, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in senior accounting roles with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
