Job Description
My client is a prestige car dealership who are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Account Administrator to join their existing team.
As a Corporate Account Administrator, you will need to provide the best level of service to all customers / leasing Companies. The role will require you to be the first point of contact to Corporate customers, when processing vehicle sales orders, ensuring customers are kept up to date at all times throughout the ordering process. You will also be supporting the Corporate Managers with lead generation, producing and sending vehicle quotes to customers.
Corporate Account Administrator Role :
1. Assist in daily running of Corporate Department
2. Respond to all email alerts in a prompt and professional manner
3. Provide accurate lead times to customers/clients
4. Pass all new orders to the Corporate Manager
5. Assist with the ordering of New vehicles with the manufacturer
6. Prepare the internal file, ensuring the specification has been checked and agreed with the customer
7. Confirm onward delivery to the customer and arrange the necessary transport keeping to the agreed mile restrictions
8. Assist with Department Managers to resolve any queries including debtors
9. Answer the corporate phone to ensure a prompt response to all corporate customers
10. Monitor and continuously achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
As a Corporate Account Administrator:
You will need previous experience in a similar position within the motor trade, ideally as a Sales Administrator, CRM database Administrator, Fleet Administrator
You will have great organisational skills, with great attention to detail
You will be able to collate and record information accurately
You will be required to work to targets and Deadlines
You will need to have excellent communication skills, both via telephone and written
Package:
11. £22-£25K Depending on Experience + Bonus
Hours:
12. Monday- Friday 8:30-5:30
