Job Overview
In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Responsibilities
As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that will delight our Residents, helping the Home Manager to organise essential fundraising events, and encouraging Residents to socialise more effectively. You will also work on new activity ideas based on Residents’ hobbies and engage the rest of the care home team.
Qualifications
HC-One is looking for someone with a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. You should possess:
1. Brilliant, positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people.
2. Great planning, organisational, and IT skills.
3. The ability to manage your time effectively.
4. Considerate and kind communication skills.
