Job Description
You will be responsible for organising the Care Professional's shift patterns. You will be in regular contact with our Care Professionals, dealing with their needs regarding their shift patterns, and will also liaise with clients and their families. You will be responsible for adding annual leave and dealing with any shift swaps.
There will also be other tasks involved such as answering phone calls, some general admin duties, and on-call duties.
Qualifications
No qualifications for this role are required as full training will be given, but experience in a similar role is preferred.
Additional Information
Here at Home Instead, we work as a team. We are there to help each other out on a daily basis. You will be based in our office in Clydebank, Monday-Friday. The rate of pay will be £12.60 per hour and this will be a 25-hour week role with a view to quickly moving up to full-time hours. This can be discussed further at the interview stage.
