Overview
We have an opportunity available for a part-time Service Manager to lead the team at our Bradford and Airedale Carer Support Service based in Keighley, Bradford BD21 4AJ. The role will include working across Bradford and Airedale CMHTs, with a combination of home working.
Salary: £17,305 per annum
Hours: 20 per week

Responsibilities
As Service Manager, you'll have overall accountability for ensuring the service runs smoothly and safely while your dedicated team provides the highest standard of care.
The role will include:
* Providing support and supervision to a small and dedicated team of carer support workers
* Producing regular reports for commissioners on how the service is achieving its KPI’s
* Developing professional relationships with key partners to support service growth
* Understanding and managing the service’s budget

Qualifications
Candidates must have a Level 4 (or equivalent) Diploma in health & social care (or the willingness to work towards it). Post holders must have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting and achieving targets and deadlines.
