What the Team Coordinator role will look like:
* You will be working within the central business services teams and supporting them where needed
* Creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings, interviews and seminars
* Checking the wider team's documents to ensure they follow brand guidelines and are grammatically correct
* Working alongside the Welcome Coordinators for new starters, ensuring their induction and equipment is set up for their first day
* Arranging, attending, taking minutes, and creating follow up action points for internal and client meetings
* Other general admin and office support duties; coordinating business travel arrangements, H&S, learning and development training, project office checks, and any other ad hoc needs
What you need to be a Team Coordinator:
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative/coordinator position
* Strong written skills with a high attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills including MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
* Experience using spreadsheets and databases
* Strong administrative skills and the ability to maintain systems
* Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (desirable)

Please note: The salary banding on offer is £26,000. However, the client is open to a potential discussion with candidates to increase this offering to £28,000 if they meet all requirements and have relevant industry experience (civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering) to bring to the team.
