What are we looking for?
The main goal of this role is managing on-site operations at one or several New Equipment Installation Projects, reporting to and working alongside a Project Manager.
As a Field Manager, you will:
1. Ensure the 3 key absolutes of Safety, Ethics, and Financial Control are always maintained.
2. Ensure RAMS (risk assessment and method statement) are in place, organise tooling, logistics, safety & process checks, inspections, and safety briefings.
3. Ensure flow of materials to deliver the project.
4. Oversee off-hire tooling at the correct time and plan commissioning and Interfaces.
5. Control site resources, manage, coach, and record and log site entries for attendance.
To be successful in this role you will:
1. Possess field management experience on significant high-profile projects or be an experienced lift installer keen to move into management.
2. Be IT Literate - MS Office applications including MS Project, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Be organised and able to maintain performance under fluctuating demands and pressures.
4. Be results-driven and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
5. Have good planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
