About your role as a Customer Service Advisor:
You are customer focused and truly enjoy managing and building long-term relationships with your account base. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn a variety of technological systems which are essential to your daily work. You will work closely with other teams - both through the business and with external customers – and will be encouraged to have regular customer meetings, whilst prioritising your tasks effectively.
