This area sales manager role can offer a long-term route to success.
You will do this by developing and maintaining a ledger of farming customers across your region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding of the product you are selling and be able to demonstrate the benefits of its use to the customer base
• Integrate a strategy which will identify new accounts to secure new business
• Build relationships with both distributors as well as other contacts
• Work alongside the distribution team to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Be present at relevant conferences and exhibitions
Desirable Skillset Includes:
• Experience of agriculture or land spreading
• Knowledge of fertiliser and associated products would be advantageous
• Negotiation skills
• Commercial acumen
• FACTS certification (if you do not have this, the client will put you through it)
• Full driving licence
What you will receive:
• Basic salary range, dependant on experience
