The Role • Developing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently. • Interviewing candidates to correctly determine their requirements. • Networking and generating new candidates to fulfil client requirements. • Developing long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike. • Negotiating terms and SLA’s with clients.
