This role drives tangible improvement in our Waste Water Recycling performance to meet both company targets and external commitments. You’ll help to drive this improvement through developing performance insight, identification of improvement opportunities, developing and gaining support for the business cases, removal of any blockers and ultimately, delivering these opportunities whilst tracking the benefits and continual learning of every improvement the team implements.
Your key accountabilities in this role will include:

* Providing insight and analysis to support the Financial position vs Budget and support both the Business lead and Finance Business Partner in the annual budget build process.
* Owning the portfolio of activity, identifying and remediating any blockers whilst ensuring the team has access to the appropriate stock.
* Identifying and driving new processes and/or investment opportunities to positively impact and deliver on our commitments and targets.
* Highlighting concerns and escalating issues quickly to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
* Tracking the tangible benefits for all improvement initiatives and their impact on performance and our external commitments.
