We’re seeking a confident, detail-oriented Recruitment Co-Ordinator for a 12-month maternity cover contract. This office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing -In-House Recruitment Co-Ordinator, Chigwell, Essex
* Writing, managing, and refreshing job adverts to attract top talent
* Screening CV's and making timely first contact with candidates
* Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
* Managing candidate records and keeping databases updated
* Overseeing recruitment-focused social media activity
* Reporting progress and metrics to senior management
* Supporting wider People Team activities as needed
What We’re Looking For - In-House Recruitment Co-Ordinator, Chigwell, Essex
* Previous office administration experience (recruitment experience is a bonus)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
* Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Willingness and ability to work from our Chigwell office full-time
* A proactive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset
