Our Client is currently looking for a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join their busy prestige aftersales department.
YOLO Recruitment require someone with previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor experience and a full UK DL.
Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor:
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes
The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
• Proven organisational and administration skills
Hours for the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor : Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 5 Saturdays mornings.
