Job Description
We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. You'll provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Key Responsibilities
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, share experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – get involved in activities and events.
