Role: Internal Account Development Executive Location: Office Based, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire Salary: £30-35k, plus benefits, plus bonus scheme, full-time hours The Role: Inizio Engage are working with the client to support their requirement for an Internal Account Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and become a member of an existing team who are supportive and collaborative. The role of the Internal Account Development Executive will comprise of the following duties: Responsible for the follow up of lead generation via telephone and email Contacting clients regarding their incoming enquiries Speaking with new customers to the business and discussing other service offerings that would be available to them Preparation of maintenance contract documents for new customers Monitoring conversion rates of leads Maintenance of existing and new account management Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Area Managers with potential customers Update the CRM system with all administration Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing technical advice and guidance to customers where appropriate Increasing the awareness of the brand and gaining new business from leads generated to this team Experience & Expertise: This position requires someone to have proven and outstanding customer service experience within an internal sales or internal account management position You will have worked within an industry selling a service ideally Excellent relationship building skills Strong administrative skills and PC knowledge Drive and tenacity, with the desire to succeed Enjoys working as part of a team, collaborative environment Experience of exceeding customer expectations This is a great opportunity to work as an Internal Account Development Executive for a growing business who enjoy working as part of a team, please contact me immediately to find out more about this exciting position.
