CQ Technical Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QC Technical Project Manager to join our team in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. This is a permanent position responsible for managing all technical projects within the QC laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of technical specialists in managing laboratory electronic systems, introducing and maintaining new or existing equipment and technologies, and leading laboratory compliance related activities.
* Manage resource requirements for the team through capacity planning and provide technical support for QC Equipment and Electronic systems.
* Procure, validate, and qualify new QC Equipment and Electronic systems, deploying them internally.
* Collaborate with the IT Team on the deployment and maintenance of QC Equipment and Electronic Systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve user and technical equipment/system issues.
* Lead Equipment, Software or Compliance related deviations and approve SOPs and training materials.
* Support internal and external audits processes and audit schedules as appropriate.
Your Background:
* Educated to degree level or above in a Scientific discipline.
* Significant experience in the technical management of QC Equipment and Electronic Systems.
* Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Control Equipment and Electronic systems.
* Excellent communication and good people management skills.
Requirements:
* Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
* Entitlement to work in the UK.
