Position: Administrator - Learning & Development
Contract: FTC - Mat cover
Hours: Part time 24 hours per week, remote and flexible working
Salary: 24 hours per week salary pro-rata (£17,828)
Responsibilities
1. Provide effective, accurate and comprehensive day-to-day administration supporting the delivery of L&D activity and key projects across the business.
2. Ensure all administration tasks are completed effectively and accurately.
3. Manage the Induction and Onboarding administration ensuring that all new colleagues are registered and activated on the e-learning platform.
4. Ensure that data on the E-learning Platform is up to date, maintained, input, stored and retrieved accurately.
5. Accurate maintenance of training records ensuring all relevant data is kept secure in line with our data protection guidelines.
6. Monitor and coordinate training, liaising with managers, colleagues and training providers and reporting on completion rates.
7. Provide support at meetings, training events and promotional events when required.
8. Assist with learning evaluation, monitoring of outcomes and management reporting.
9. Develop and maintain strong & effective working relationships with colleagues across the business and external training providers.
10. Manage the L&D diary of events, arrange and book suitable venues for classroom sessions and meetings.
11. Maintain and track expense details and send invoices for payment, following up where needed.
12. Reconcile monthly credit card invoice and send all details to finance as requested.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Prior administration experience in a HR/L&D environment
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Intermediate level of computer literacy including Word and Excel
