We seek a Deputy Manager who is passionate about making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. Working in collaboration with the Home Manager and teams, you will ensure the smooth running of the home, handling diverse tasks including nursing and residential care, communication, budgeting, and Human Resources.
You will give your attention to all areas of the home, from laundry to emergency situations, and portray confidence as a flexible leader. * Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
* Experience in the healthcare sector
* Management/Leadership experience and qualification (desirable)
* NMC certificate with active PIN
