Job Purpose
* Manage a varied client portfolio, monitoring deadlines and budgets
* Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, dealing with day-to-day matters effectively
* Escalate complex queries to Partners, work closely with the senior leadership team
* Mentor junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training
* Preparation and review of year-end accounts
* Support the firm’s business development strategies, including networking
* Regularly review processes to implement more efficient ways of service delivery
* Set an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager

The Successful Candidate
* ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
* Relevant experience within UK practice environment
* Adept at using accountancy software
* Technically competent across the Microsoft suite
* A can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively
* Good communication and advisory skills
* Confident working alongside senior management
* Motivated and able to inspire others
* Collaborative and creative
* Strong business acumen
