Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment and Outreach Officer. You will support the Student Recruitment and Outreach team in organising, delivering and evaluating outreach activities to achieve the University’s Access and Participation Plan and recruitment targets. This will involve developing in-school and online provision, including a range of workshops, activities and presentations to engage students, parents and teachers. You will have the opportunity to grow within a fast moving and professional Marketing and Student Recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver outreach activities.
2. Engage with students, parents, and teachers.
3. Manage a team of Student Ambassadors during events.
4. Conduct frequent local travel and some travel throughout the UK for events.
Qualifications
You will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and communicate to young people. A full clean driving licence is essential due to insurance purposes and DBS clearance is essential. You must be prepared to work evenings and occasional weekends as required.
