The Job
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in driving our marketing activities for new businesses within the OnSite Group portfolio. Working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, your primary focus will be on website maintenance and social media management. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing skills across multiple businesses.
Responsibilities
1. Website Management:
o Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating websites using Wix and WordPress.
o Ensure website content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
o Use Google Analytics to monitor web performance and recommend suggestions for improvement.
2. Social Media Management:
o Plan and schedule engaging social media content for multiple platforms.
o Create and publish approximately 20 high-quality social media posts per week.
o Monitor and respond to social media activity to build community engagement.
3. Reporting:
o Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Marketing Support:
o Support the Marketing Coordinator with ad hoc projects and campaigns.
o Contribute creative ideas to enhance our digital and offline marketing strategies.

3. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating content and liaising with team members.
4. Technical Competence: Confident using Wix, WordPress, Hootsuite, and Canva.
5. Proactivity: A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
6. Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards across all content and reporting.
