About The Opportunity
TES have a rare opportunity to join the NSAR Gold Standard Training Department across the Anglian region.
The Trainer/Assessor will join our highly experienced Training Department, whose combined rail training and assessing experience spans 90 years.
Through joining the TES 2000 Training department, you will be vital in the continued success of the team and the organisation as a whole. Within this role, you will have opportunities to develop your existing skill set, where opportunities are what you make them.
As the Trainer/Assessor, you will undertake the delivery of training and assessments in line with RTAS rules, Sentinel Scheme rules, Network Rail/Company Standards and Railway Group Standards, ensuring that the highest standards of assessing are consistently met.

About You
The ideal Trainer/Assessor will (Essential):
* Hold NSAR Assured Trainer and Assessor qualifications:
o Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
o Level 3 QCF Award in 'Assessing in the Workplace' (or equivalent)
o Level 3 QCF Award in Learning and Development (or equivalent)
o Recognised qualification in training delivery
* Hold a minimum of the Sentinel approved competencies:
o PTS
o DCCR
o COSS
* Have strong knowledge of H&S policies and legislation.
* Have the ability to travel within business areas according to business needs.
* Continuously develop your knowledge of training and development policies and procedures.
