Job Description
1. Deploy operational strategy in line with business objectives, goals, and customer requirements.
2. Accountable for delivery against key performance indicators identified through the balance scored card framework.
3. Promote, lead, and empower an environment of continuous improvement.
4. Lead and build effective relations with internal and external customers.
5. Promote standard work linked to that of the common goal.
6. Overall accountability for the supporting functions to achieve customer requirements.
7. Accurate forecasting and delivery upon set budgets.
8. Monitor and report on budgets and targets.
9. Manage, allocate, and evaluate a cross-functional team in order to optimise operational resource.
10. Promote, maintain, and build on the Company standards and values with the view to develop and improve upon them.
11. Accountable for the safety standards and governance within the operational areas.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking to speak to people who have/can:
1. Supervisory or management experience within a Manufacturing environment (Aerospace would be advantageous).
2. Excellent problem-solving techniques.
3. Proficiency in MS packages and Baan or associated software, EZLM.
4. Understand Engineering Drawings.
5. Change Management and risk assessments.
