Finance Manager - Norfolk-based with occasional travel - £47,000 - £56,000 package
You will be supporting the Head of Finance in delivering effective financial information. You'll manage a small team, oversee financial reporting, statutory accounts, and key financial controls.
What You'll Do:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts and KPIs.
2. Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
3. Manage finance system changes as the general ledger super user.
4. Ensure the integrity of finance processes.
5. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
6. Coordinate audits and maintain process documentation.
7. Lead a small team, providing coaching and development.
8. Oversee day-to-day financial operations.
What You Need:
You will be a qualified accountant with similar experience in a previous role. You need to be comfortable working autonomously; the Head of Finance is based locally, and you will likely have some face time with them, but your team and the wider finance team are London-based.
