Job Description
We would like to present you with an opportunity for a Commercial Co-Ordinator to join our team in Heywood on a full time permanent basis!
Salary: £28,000 per annum.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.
As a Commercial Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for leading the day to day customer relationship with several key accounts out of our Heywood site.
As well as the face to face and calls required, various management/ customer reports must be completed with high levels of accuracy, these include daily customer dashboards, stock loss reporting and lates and fails reporting.
Key Duties of a Commercial Co-Ordinator:
* Instill confidence in site and external customer teams with a professional approach to calls, reports and relationship building.
* Accurate completion of customer and internal reports, daily, weekly and monthly.
* Help to evolve and develop customer KPI sets.
* Work closely with the Customer Support Supervisor and site leadership team on the administration of the contract database to ensure all the latest customer characteristics are up to date.
* Support with the administration of the customer claims, ensuring that the operations teams review in a timely manner, the customers are up to date with the progress of their claims and the General Manager is aware of the claims pipeline.
* Maintenance of customer outbound and inbound forecast and stock holding, flagging any variances.
Qualifications
* Excellent administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Be highly organised, possessing a flexible approach, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Strong IT / Excel skills.
* Educated to high standard with strong technical skills.
* Experience of the 3pl world desired but not essential.
* Past experience of customer facing role would be beneficial.
* Strong self-starter, able to identify trends and anomalies and flag appropriately.
* Confident approach to challenge and change.
