Customer Service Officer (CSO) Birmingham £24,150 - £28,350 per annum depending on skills Full Time, Permanent Do you pride yourself on providing a great customer experience? We are looking for a Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join us to deliver an effective and efficient service to ensure a professional and responsive service to our customers and visitors. Acting as the point of all front of house and inbound contact and communication with the organisation, including reception and visitor liaison, the Customer Service Officer will provide guidance, advice and where necessary signpost and assist our customers to resolve any queries, report any information, receive feedback and to take any other action required to provide a professional service and excellent customer care. About You You will have: Previous experience in a customer facing role, delivering excellent customer service within a Housing Sector environment The ability to deal directly with customers and in a variety of situations, being sensitive to individual needs Effective communication skills, both written and verbal A positive attitude, and the ability to adjust to demanding workloads and service changes The ability to stay calm in difficult situations and influence positive outcomes with a focus on solutions Good IT skills and experience of the Microsoft suite of products The ability to manage multiple cases and follow through to successful completion Please note: This vacancy may close before the advertised closing date if sufficient suitable applications are received.
