In this role, you will be responsible for data mining and data reporting activities pertaining to ops processes. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and love to turn data into insights to answer strategic business questions. You should have deep expertise in the analytic view of business questions, building and refining metrics frameworks to measure business operations and translating data into meaningful insights.
With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications. The candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and is passionate about data and analytics. He/she is an expert in data modeling, ETL design, and business intelligence tools, with hands-on knowledge of columnar databases such as Redshift and other related AWS technologies. He/she passionately partners with customers to identify strategic opportunities in the field of data engineering. He/she is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big while paying careful attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day-to-day basis.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Daily, weekly, and monthly research activities: Data mining and understanding the reason for defects.
2. Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations.
3. Set performance evaluation metrics.
4. Standardize operations, processes, and reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in SQL and data analysis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional relevant experience in data analytics.
