My client, one of the North West's largest private transport agencies, is seeking a professional Client Engagement Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
The organisation has offices in Liverpool, Warrington, and Chester. You could work from any office close to home.
Your new role
The position is being offered full time Monday to Friday. This is an office and field-based role, so you will be expected to visit all major new and existing clients to build strong working relationships and develop business.
Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow both the B2B and B2C markets.
2. Providing first-class customer service for both internal and external customers.
3. Attending events and off-site meetings.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to attract new customers and retain the existing client base.
5. Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
6. Identifying new business opportunities through calling, networking, and other business development strategies.
7. Attending industry events to keep abreast of new technology to continue to automate and improve.
