HR Advisor Venn Group is collaborating with an award-winning multi-service provider in the UK facilities sector, located in West Yorkshire, to recruit a full-time HR Advisor for a inital 3-month contract. Duties include: Be responsible for providing an operationally focused HR service by providing advice, support and managing employee relations cases Work with the HR Team to deliver the HR plan in line with the business strategy Be pro-active in resolving challenging situations whilst driving best fit and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies, and employment legislation To work closely with Key stakeholders across the business and advise them on current legislation, help identify risk and offer solutions Provide HR guidance, support and expertise to managers and employees in line with policy, practice and legislation Develop HR service desk system to ensure timely responses to HR calls and mailbox through to conclusion Continue to work closely with our Employment Law Partners Ensure HR matters are handled promptly, fairly, and consistently in line with legal and company requirements Act as facilitator with managers with Employee Relations Cases eg grievance, disciplinary, absence and capability investigations and hearings developing their capabilities and skills around people management Reduce the risk of Employment Tribunals by working closely with our indemnity insurers Providing timely and accurate management information on all aspects of HR as required Assist with the development of key projects as identified by the business. Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience managing employee relations cases, preferably in a multi-site, high-volume environment.
