They are now looking for an Experienced Ribbon Engineer with a wealth of experience working with a variety of SBSaaS solutions and designs.
The Role
Senior Ribbon Engineer
Permanent
£65,000 Per Annum
You will be responsible for my client's Ribbon SBCaaS platform which comprises of SBC Core, PSX, RAMP & Analytics. As part of a platform team, the role includes the provision and decommission of customer services, providing support for customer services, and the maintenance and development of the platform, including creating and updating internal documentation.
Responsibilities
* Provision of new customer services
* Decommission of cancelled services
* Technical onboarding and offboarding of carriers and/or services
* Management of customer tickets
* Performing diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Routine maintenance of the platform including backups, patches, etc.
* Development of platform including upgrades and creating PoCs
* Management of and acting upon proactive monitoring
* Creating and updating internal documentation
* Mentoring/coaching of junior staff
