Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field, with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
2. Proven experience as a Physics teacher, preferably within the primary or secondary education sector.
3. Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and understanding of effective teaching strategies in Physics.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
5. Organizational and time-management skills to plan and deliver well-structured lessons and meet deadlines.
6. Innovative and creative approach to teaching, incorporating interactive and practical methods to enhance student learning.
7. Ability to differentiate instruction to support students with diverse learning needs and styles.
