Daily Supply Teaching Assistant
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£95 per day
Location: Finchley

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Supply Teaching Assistant to join our network of schools in Finchley. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the classroom teacher in the delivery of lessons across various subjects.
2. Assist students with learning activities, providing one-on-one and small group support.
3. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
4. Manage classroom behavior effectively, following school policies.
5. Assist in the preparation and organization of learning materials and resources.
Application Requirements:
1. Experience working with children, particularly in a classroom setting, is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a range of school environments.
4. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
5. Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged if necessary).
