Job Description
Are you a Project Management (Infrastructure) professional looking to work on projects that make a difference? We are looking for an NEC ECC Project Manager (Infrastructure) to join our South West teams to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, both nationally and locally.
As an NEC ECC Project Manager, you will lead a team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects, providing Engineering Construction Contract (ECC) project management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary complex projects.
2. Manage ECC contract administration including health & safety, risk, quality, cost, and schedule.
3. Ensure projects are delivered to the satisfaction of the client.
4. Support and manage the project team, ensuring appropriate resources are provided.
5. Develop strong relationships with clients and team members.
6. Support business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in the Built Environment and Infrastructure Project Management.
2. Experience of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) NEC4.
3. Experience in the role of named NEC ECC PM.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
6. Excellent IT skills and the ability to utilize current digital tools.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management.
2. Demonstrable experience and knowledge of NEC3/4 contract management.
3. A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
4. A project management qualification such as APMQ or PRINCE2 is desirable.
