About the role
AUB is seeking a skilled and experienced counsellor to join the counselling team within Student Services. The post holder will support the coordination and delivery of a confidential single session counselling service to students, complying with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. Additionally, the post holder will provide counselling supervision to a small team of sessional counsellors.
You will have a recognised counselling qualification and a minimum of one year’s post-qualifying counselling experience, together with in-depth knowledge of the BACP Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions. A counselling supervision qualification, BACP accreditation, and knowledge of working within a higher education context would be an advantage.
